For goods safe and fast delivery, we suggest EMS for your transportation method.
Also, you can choose 4PX deliver items if they are 500 gram and more. It reaches the majority of cities and regions of the world. But it is not effective but European countries.
Items are checked and packed before issue. Please make verification the item before sign on the spot. We do not accept refund demand because of damaged or missing items caused by transportation.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.
A signature is required from the recipient upon the items' arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can't be singed or delivered. So please provide us with correct and detailed shipping address with your phone number for the delivery. P.O. Box address is acceptable for Airmail service. The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

How can I return or exchange the product?

For the unwanted items, you may return the items in their original conditions (unused and unopened with all tags attached) to us within 30 days of shipment (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). In that case we will refund you through the original form of payment, excluding actual shipping fees already incurred and the return shipping fee. Please do notify us in advance at before returning unwanted items. When returning for refund, it is recommended for customers to ship via a traceable method and offers us the tracking number, as will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping.
